The total time is approximately 1.5 hours. This includes your 30-minute shoot, professionally guided image selection where Karen helps you pick your best poses, and time for outfit or background changes.

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 photos.

Retouched packages include both large print-size and small web-size files for each photo, delivered via WeTransfer link sent to your email within 2–3 business days after retouching is complete. Each photo receives 2 hours of detailed retouching.

Unretouched mini sessions include web-size files only, color corrected and cropped.

Premium Retouched — Each photo receives 2 hours of detailed retouching including:

• Wrinkle and clothing crease smoothing
• Slenderizing
• Digital makeup
• Digital eyelashes
• Skin smoothing
• Stray hair removal
• Teeth and eye whitening
• Double chin removal

Unretouched — Photos are color corrected and cropped. No retouching is applied. A great budget-friendly option for actors or anyone who needs a quick turnaround.

Yes. We offer both indoor studio and outdoor sessions, all with professional studio lighting. Outdoor sessions take place at our Agoura Hills location with a variety of backgrounds available. Read more about our outdoor headshot sessions.

We recommend arriving with your makeup done the way you normally would for an important meeting or event — natural and polished. Don’t do anything drastically different from your everyday look.

Karen adds digital makeup and digital eyelashes during retouching, so you don’t need to worry about having a full face of makeup for the shoot.

Arrive with your hair done the way you normally wear it. Karen retouches hair digitally during the editing process, so don’t stress about every strand being perfect. Just come looking like your best everyday self.

Solid colors generally work best — avoid busy patterns and logos. While bright whites are fine, dark solid colors are more slenderizing and tend to photograph beautifully. Sessions are non-refundable. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule without a fee. All major credit cards are accepted at the time of booking.
